U/B Dimir-oriented cards have captured my attention and imagination for quite some time now. That being said, I have a plethora of cards suitable for making all kinds of decks with that theme.

I've been trying to compile one killer deck that's an efficiency powerhouse, but sometimes get overwhelmed with all of the great options I have at my disposal.

Do I want to mill my opponent for my win condition? Or would I rather focus on destroying his/her life total? Perhaps both and win by either/or? Do I want to use aggressive spells? Or perhaps more creative spells, like shapeshifters and creature-stealers like the doppelgangers, Lazav and Ashiok?

So many questions. This deck is a mixture of creativity and fun (in the Dimir's sadistic sense) but also incorporates lots of mill-fueled brute force.
