Start by ramping with Elvish Mystic and Llanowar Elves, then get out as many of your pumping creatures as you can.

Yotian Frontliner is the worst because it only pumps for +1. Syr Faren, the Hengehammer, Wildwood Mentor and Gruul Beastmaster pump one creature equivalent to their power but this can stack in multiples.
Wild Beastmaster and Cultivator of Blades are the best because they pump the whole team.

The protection spells also pump your pumpers. Stack your triggers so that you can get the most of your pump,
