So this deck started in a draft as a monoblue deck that freezes out your opponent. The goal is stall, bouncing creatures, particularly your own, until you can get your krakens and/or leviathans onto the field. Jalira, Master Polymorphist speeds this process up quite nicely, especially if you have some squids out from bouncing Coral Barrier, making an easy choice for sacrificing. I've had some success in both 1v1 and multiplayer games, but could always use suggestions.
