In general you need to start thinning out your deck and playing more sets of at least 3 for the core of your deck as it will help with your consistency. write up a description of where you want to go with your deck and you'll get more specific responses though. as a side note would be cool here

only bother with LashwritheMTG Card: Lashwrithe in mono-black decks, Silver-Inlaid DaggerMTG Card: Silver-Inlaid Dagger or even Butcher's CleaverMTG Card: Butcher's Cleaver would be more useful. I would also get rid of all the sacrifice stuff except the Skirsdag FlayerMTG Card: Skirsdag Flayer and Falkenrath TorturerMTG Card: Falkenrath Torturer otherwise you may find you end up killing too many of your own creatures. finally, definitely get rid of Haunted FengrafMTG Card: Haunted Fengraf, it costs way too much to use, and you have enough creatures that you shouldn't need to use that. consider Isolated ChapelMTG Card: Isolated Chapel instead
