Goal of the deck: kill your opponent with Black Vise and Fevered Visions.

Propaganda is used to slow down creature based decks so that you (hopefully) have enough time to kill them.
Arcane Laboratory is used to hose combo decks and to keep your opponent from emptying their hand. As well as common stuff like Chalice of the Void and Blood Moon. Howling Mine + Temple Bell are used to keep your opponents hands full. Black Vise + Temple Bell allows you to force your opponent to draw extra cards while the Black Vise trigger is on the stack dealing more damage.
