I might recommend Vedalken Shackles , Gush , Pact of Negation , Force of Will , Thwart . Those are just some solid cards for blue combo decks.
Also, since the consistancy of getting Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx might be a tad bit low, you could instead run some mana-doublers such as Extraplanar Lens , High Tide or Caged Sun . Then it is easy work to drop whatever you want, and even easier with Palinchron
Now i see that some of these have been mentioned above, sorry for the restatement, but im not sure if your current deck list is the one listed at the top, or with all of the replacement updates added on.
