Three color devotion. Oh snap, Oh wow. Using hybrid mana costs, I have constructed a three color devotion deck that is consistent. There is enough of a control element to allow you run the game and peck your opponent down. Let's break down this unique brand of American Justice

Boros Reckoner is monster. the end. Judge's Familiar , Blistercoil wierd, and Frostburn weird keep the pressure on early and their dual devotion contribution is great for this concept

Thassa, God of the Sea is apparently my main ho because she is the only god that I have pulled from boosters and I have pulled a full playset of her over the span of the theros block. Devotion is high, scrying is nice, and unblockable is cool, too. She is a sassy little dominatrix and I love what she does.

Clearly the control elements in the deck are your Azorius Charm, Inaction Injunction , Detention Sphere, Cyclonic Rift, etc.

Both Jaces are present because I have them and they weren't seeing use. With nykthos on the field, I can guarantee that mana is never a problem so I can often time cast my planeswalkers, Chain to the rocks something, and still have mana left for some extra control outlets.

This deck is new so please leave comments and suggestions. I have about ten formats for America Decks and this is the latest in my fascination with this specific tri-color. Be a peach, help me. I am in dire need of a sideboard! God Bless America, and peace out TappedOut
