Gods Willing or Feat of Resistance protect your creatures and activate the Heroic and Prowess abilities. The gods are in there for an added bulk for your creatures. Magma Jet for removal and scry to get through your deck faster. Ride Down is just fun. Favored Hoplite turn one.
