This deck is the epitome of jank. Your goal playing it is to get a Timesifter into play, then manipulate high-costed cards to the top of your library with scrying and Academy Ruins in order to take as many turns as possible in a row. The deck has no specific win condition, but beating your opponent to death with a bunch of 1 attack creatures in your extra turns tends to suffice. The deck has no overarching colour as the main card has no colour, but blue is almost a total necessity for its scrying and counterspells.

Removed 1 x Metalwork Colossus, 1 x Chromescale Drake and 4 x Inkwell Leviathan for 2 x Mulldrifter, 2 x Temporal Mastery and 2 x Jace, the Mind Sculptor in order to actually let the deck do something earlier in the game. The addition of the cards was suggested by Angel_Zero.
