Bloodghast is a card that just won't die, works well with Kalastria Highborn , consider adding Demonic Appetite.

Bloodline Keeper   Can be a real powerhouse, Mutavault can help supplement vampire to make it transform and it's transformation is great.

Captivating Vampire Combo with Bloodline Keeper   to take control of opponent's creatures and add to you vampire army.

Gatekeeper of Malakir 2 drop for 2/2 with built in removal, what's not to love?

Kalastria Highborn Punishes your opponent for killing your creatures and rewards you with life. Maybe useful against burn?

Vampire Nighthawk Do I really need to explain this one?

Vampire Nocturnus Pump up your vampires and make them harder to block with flying.

Mutavault Like I said, good for supplementing vampires to transform Bloodline Keeper  .

Verdant Catacombs I just threw this in because I have one.

Predator's Gambit Good for making your creatures big early.

Feast of Blood Great removal with added life gain only for 2 mana.

Thoughtseize Good control, get rid of your opponents burn spells or other troublesome cards.
