This is my first version of my budget B/U Mill deck. It's primary objective is to mill your opponent to death, but there are also enough ways to take him out with creatures.

Jace's Phantasm is very good in this deck, because he can be a 5/5 flyer at around turn 3.

Grisly Spectacle is somewhat expensive for removal, but I think it fits very well because it can mill a lot if it destroys one of your opponents fatties.

I put in Psychic Strike because it's great to have some control while also helping your mill a little bit.

I would really appreciate suggestions or improvements.
