This is psuedo-competitive and still a work in progress, but the list is coming along and I think it might be ready for real testing. The goal is to curve out and top off with Regal Caracal, buff all your cats, gain tons of life, and win. Most of the cards in the mainboard are self explanatory: They are just on cheap cats that can take the board early. Sacred Cat is the only one drop cat in standard (RIP Scythe Leopard), but the two drop slot is a bit more packed. To start, the new HOU inclusion is Adorned Pouncer. Just a simple cat that can come back with a bit more punch. Longtusk Cub is a really stro ng card on its own, and Metallic Mimic is a psuedo-lord. Once we get to three, we've got some pretty powerful drops. card:Prowling Serpapod is really nice value, but the real punch is if we can resolve Pride Sovereign. This payoff card can be massive, and can help us get loads of cats for the late game. Finally, skipping four, our five drop is a playset of Regal Caracal. The only cat lord but a good one at that, this little guy can provide seven power on the board, lifelinked up, along with pumping everything else up. For the non-cat cards: Always Watching is an awesome emblem that can be played turn three without too much drawback. Blossoming Defense is one of the most efficient combat tricks in standard, protecting your creature and pumping it up. Finally, Thraben Inspector is basically a must include in white decks. In the sideboard, Dissenter's Deliveranceis just your average artifact hate. Angel of Sanctions and Nissa, Vital Force provide some late game if you go against a deck that forces you to go long.Cast Out and Fumigate are both excellent, as one is target removal and the other can give you a fresh board if you're behind. Declaration in Stone is awesome against zombies, as it is targeted exile. Heroic Intervention is the last card, and it is a good counter to stuff like Fumigate and Sweltering Suns that control decks might run.
