As for how you win... I find hooking up the utility beltGrafted Wargear to Nightwing or Batman as the most effective way, with support from the Batmobile. The lil Bat Gurmag Swiftwing comes in handy if you can get the Grafted Wargear on it, too. Let R'as al GhulDark Ritual speed out your 3drops and 4drops ASAP; don't forget about Carrie Kelley's flipcard abilities and Jason Todd's ability to come back from the dead.
For those who want to push it over the top check out the Umezawa's Jitte to replace probably a wargear or 2.
The Grappling Hook for all its theme appropriateness just isn't competitive enough. Also Throw Jester's Cap in your sideboard. TBH, one could prob make a whole new deck for his rogue's gallery alone.
