GW Counters (Standard MTG Deck)

A green white deck based off of Managorger Hydra and abusing +1/+1 counters. Spells that give counters, making things indestructible, and overwhelming your opponent with trample!

Could still use some advice with the sideboard as this deck doesn't fare well against UB control.
