This deck is generally mid-range, but can be aggro when it goes off.

The idea is to try get out an early Thoughtbound Phantasm or Dimir Spybug and then just disrupt your opponent as much as possible with with Unexplained Disappearance, Thought Erasure, and Sinister Sabotage while surveiling as much as possible. Notion Rain and Discovery / Dispersal generate some card advantage and pump the creatures. Whisper Agent is useful as a combat trick that pumps creatures. It's also great as you can keep 3 mana open to counterspell, then drop Whisper Agent at the end of the opponent's turn if there is nothing worth countering.

I've found this deck really good, but wondering if anyone has any suggestions to take it to the next level.
