ThallionDarkshine, so i swapped out Acid Web Spider for Manglehorn, Spontaneous Mutation for another island, and Mindeye Drake for Scapeshift. I'd also like to find a good replacement for Feral Abomination and Noxious Dragon. And I feel Seed Guardian under performs? Whats your take on Gray Merchant of Asphodel in this deck?

I believe you could cut either Mindeye Drake or Coerced Confession for Intruder Alarm and, I still insist, Nemesis of Reason.
Sure, Mindeye Drake can fly, but for the same cmc, you get a creature that can mill 10 card every time it attacks, before the damage is distributed. If you could replace your Dimir Keyrune with a Sol Ring, you can pull a Nemesis of Reason as early as turn 2 and start milling.
As for Coerced Confession, its a risky card for 5 mana especially since it target only one player. Unless that player rely heavily on creatures with about 33~, its a big investment for often not much. Replacing it with Intruder Alarm will indeed cut out a draw card, but for a lot of control in the battlefield and interaction with your commander. I use that card in my deck Mind-eaters like squishy juices with Grimgrin, Corpse-Born and it never failed me yet.

My pick to replace would be any of your mill cards. Mill is very hard to do in commander if you don't commit to it (meaning you'd want to build a whole deck around milling, not just play a handful of cards), so I would remove Mind Sculpt, Dreadwaters, Mindeye Drake, Chronic Flooding, and Curse of the Bloody Tome. If you need somewhere to look for your first few replacements after mill Wavecrash Triton, Retraction Helix, and Rites of Refusal would be some other cuts.
One more suggestion for a mono-color deck: Strata Scythe Now you can kill someone with commander damage off of little Jace there!
