For added cuts, drop Oath of Gideon (it's not terrible but only one additional counter isn't that big of a deal), and Kiora, the Crashing Wave. She's... all right, but not incredible.
For Firesong and Sunspeaker, I like the idea of running about 35 lands, 12 or so mana rocks (Fire Diamond and the like), and then cards like Earthquake, Rolling Earthquake, Brightflame, Deflecting Palm, etc.. Treasonous Ogre will be a good addition too. Stuff like Test of Endurance and the like would be awesome with a Commander that can gain silly amounts of life from a single Blasphemous Act or Star of Extinction.
I wouldn't bother with a lot of straight up "Gain life" spells. Survival Cache may work, since it can pretty easily function as a draw engine + Bolt something each turn.
Though, that's a deck steeped pretty heavy in creature hate so if your group is super competitive and not running creatures... then I have no idea.

Treasonous Ogre is good, use all that lifegain to fuel X-Spells!
Definitely try Sunforger!
Maybe start by cutting:
- Braid of Fire
- Extraplanar Lens
- Abbot of Keral Keep
- Bonfire of the Damned
- Subterranean Tremors

"Whenever a white instant or sorcery spell causes you to gain life, Firesong and Sunspeaker deals 3 damage to target creature or player." Lifelink on WR spell does technically cause damage with this Minotaur Legend!
3 damage from the spell. That spell gains lifelink, so you gain 3 life from that + 3 from the text of the card.So you gain life twice from a white spell, giving you an extra 3x2 damage.
Righteous Confluence, if you choose the last mode 3 times, will gain you 15 life and cause 3 Bolts!
White redirection effects are particularly good - Deflecting Palm will gain lifelink and create 2 bolts in addition to its normal effect! Sun's Bounty is an awesome effect and combines well with Worthy Cause! Reaping the Rewards turns every Plains into a Bolt! Incidental lifegain like Blessed Alliance becomes awesome when you add a Bolt to it.
I cannot even imagine how much damage and life you will do/gain from Brightflame.
Warleader's Helix is also awesome - 8 life and 4+3+3 damage!
Boros Charm gains you 8 life, while letting you do 4+3+3 damage!

Love this deck! Always makes my heart sing so see another player rocking Boros, specifically Gisela.
What rules text are you using for Manabarbs/Pyrohemia? To me, it looks like Gisela, Blade of Goldnight rounds UP, meaning that 1 damage divided by 2 = 0.5 which rounds up to 1...I guess I could be wrong, but I haven't found any rulings which would support your reading.

Consider Adriana, Captain of the Guard or Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder.
Also you might want to swap out Terminus for something like Mass Calcify or Aurelia's Fury or even Brightflame.
Also Legion's Initiative might save you in a tight spot.
Deflecting Palm is a little hard to justify (since you're already negating so much damage, it's use is a little niche).

I might get rid of Lose Calm. It would be fun, but it doesn't fit the burn theme. Though I wouldn't care if the creature died and it would be swinging with double! IDK.
