Main Board:

Turbo Fog with the win con of simply waiting out your opponent.

The main combo is Wheel of Sun and Moon + Mesmeric Orb

Once you get the Howling Mine and Rites of Flourishing engine running you will not have a problem drawing any of the 16 Fog effects in this deck.

Typically your opponent will not see this coming and will be glad as every Howling Mine and Rites of Flourishing hits the board.

Best course of action is not to use any Fog effects on the first few turns depending on the speed of your opponent.

Side Board:

Angel's Grace meant for burn damage matchups.

Chronomantic Escape meant for longer more dragged out matches with aggressive creature decks. Also creates a nice lock with 3 of them. Really helps when I have to cut Fog effects for the other sideboard options.

Oblivion Ring for those pesky combo pieces.

Tajuru Preserver to combat Eldrazi

Temple Bell if your opponent is a Smart Ass and uses Elixir of Immortality

Contemplating the use of Platinum Angel to stall out combo decks. I know its used in Mono-Blue Tron. Does anyone have experience using this card?

Welcoming all suggestions to make this deck better, but I'd like to keep it wallet friendly.
