Trying to find non basic ramp cards

I am looking for ways that are either creature or non creature that will let me search my library for non-basic lands and either put them onto the battlefield or into my hand. I am only looking for cards that are black green or white since this would be for a commander deck.
You also have Farseek, Nature's Lore, Three Visits and Skyshroud Claim which are good at getting shocks/ABURs/Murmuring Bosk.

Also, outside your color restrictions but still playable in a commander deck, is Expedition Map.

Adding Land Grant to the list enpc came up with. Depending on exactly what you want to get, Into the North may or may not be another option.

Crop Rotation, Reap and Sow, Realms Uncharted, Knight of the Reliquary, Scapeshift, Sylvan Scrying, Tempt with Discovery, Traverse the Ulvenwald, Weathered Wayfarer, and Ulvenwald Hydra.
Also, the restrictionless tutors: Diabolic Tutor, Demonic Tutor, etc.
