Best hate bear commander?

That isn't Gaddock Teeg, and preferably three color. I just dont like Teeg in the command zone.
On this note, what colors besides white have the most hate cards? Dont have to be bears necessarily.
Last question, how should I modify my gatherer search to find hate cards? I tried just searching "can't" or "don't" but that pulls up waaaay too many results
For real? Captain Sisay. She gets you Gaddock Teeg and is a tremendous toolbox value engine.
If you want a third color, go blue with Derevi, Empyrial Tactician. You get stuff like Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, Trygon Predator, Meddling Mage, etc. You go blue mostly for added utility, countermagic, and card draw. Not that many actual bears. Black and Red give you basically nothing all that amazing.

This may be of some help. The previously mentioned Captain Sisay is on that resource, but maybe another will catch your eye.

If you make a Captain Sisay deck, you better make it well, because you will be killed first.

Captain Sisay can be; I have some hate in mine... but it can win other ways (usually some sort of storm for mine)
I've made a Hokori, Dust Drinker deck that was probably the 'hateiest' ever... Bunch of things people don't usually use, storage lands, mana batteries, board wipes, lot of rocks, some suspend-based things... Very hateful

So any tips on how to refine gatherer searches for hate cards?
Im looking to fill the deck with cards that shut down certain aspects of the game. Torpor Orb, Tainted Remedy, Aven Mindcensor, Void Winnower, things like that.
How can I refine my searches to find more cards like this?

Actually, I would use mtgtop8 and look for hatebears the archetype under modern.
Here is the page that will help you the most.
If you find cards you like, let me know what more you want, and I can try to word a search to find more similar cards :D

Hokori, Dust Drinker Dragonlord Dromoka Gaea's Herald Gaddock Teeg Grand Abolisher Gisela, the Broken Blade + Bruna, the Fading Light Surrak Dragonclaw Blinding Angel Blazing Archon Winter Orb Phyrexian Revoker -- used all of those at some point
