This deck focuses on control and mill. It is a typical Dimir deck with a bit of a twist. This deck uses the passive milling abilities of trepenation blade and consuming abberation with Duskmantle Guildmage to deal a lot of damage for only three mana. Ideally Trepanation Blade would be equipped to Invisible Stalker. If you also have Hands of Binding on Invisible Stalker then cipher casting it again triggers consuming abberation's ability. Here is the break down:

consuming abberation- pump up with mill cards like Trepanation Blade and grisly spectacle. Then use Essesence Harvest or Rogue's Passage for crap tons of damage.

Duskmantle Guildmage- the first ability is awesome. It doubles the damage done by Trepanation Blade d Invisible Stalkers

Desecration Demon- Your opponent must sack Creatures or deal with a huge flier.

Essence Harvest - For use on big creatures like consuming abberation, Desecration Demon, or any creature with a Trepanation Blade

Murder, Grisly Spectacle , AEtherize, Typhoid Rats - stall until you can win
