Cheap, casual artifact deck utilizing March of the Machines. Highly adjustable - you can replace a lot of cards with whatever artifacts you have.

What you want to do here is either swarm the opponent with artifact creatures that suddenly sprang to life, or boost your probably already big Vile Aggregate with Scroll of the Masters, make him hexproof/unblockable with Glaring Spotlight (along with all your other creatures) and go for the killing blow.

Suggestions are much welcome, but remember, this is budget! I'd very much like to include Master of Etherium and Academy Ruins, but yeah...
