Again trying to use Phage the Untouchable in an environmentally responsible manner with controlled burning. There are some actual win conditions this time because someone who is better than me suggested almost all of these cards. Props to Ureshi for the build.

Burn, menace and haste with some equipment and planeswalkers to lower reliance on hand, since there is little card draw.
