So I haven't yet worked out the counts of each card, but the core of the deck is manipulating Mana Echoes and Grinning Ignus. Once you've worked up a ton of colorless mana and maybe a red mana (should break 15 mana turn 5-7 about 80% of the time based on playtests), you have 12 Win Cons: 3 Emrakul, which is self expanatory, 4 Banefire, which is equally so, 4 Spawnsire, which are basically proxies for Emrakul that only cost 13 mana open if you have Mana Echoes out, and one Lightning Serpent, which is your worst bet since it's extremely removal-weak, but it can be searched by Flamekin Harbinger.

Plateau are for Boros Charm.
