Hello and welcome to the newest (and only) version of the best B/R ramp deck in existence. This deck is still under construction, and any and all advice is appreciated. The synergy here is casting rituals of my library for large amounts of mana and winning with Devil's Play. Tendrils of Agony is another win con, and Manamorphose provides mana fixing, and ramp with Melek, Izzet Paragon. If you are getting a ramp streak going, but you pull a land or creature, you can always draw it with Griselbrand. Codex Shredder wins games by saving you with mill, or casting another Tendrils of Agony. Twiddle provides mana fixing, and untaps Codex Shredder, and if cast with Melek, Izzet Paragon can even ramp you a little bit!

Trying to decide between Storm Elemental and Codex Shredder. Codex Shredder can only be used once, hence the need for Twiddle , but Storm Elemental is a creature, which can be removed, and requires blue mana to exile cards. Also Codex Shredder is only one mana.
