I've been toying with Kiln Fiend for a couple years now and when I saw Nivix Cyclops in DGM, I knew I could finally make this deck work. Turn three wins can only be accomplished with Kiln Fiend. Turn 4 wins are with Nivix Cyclops. I am posting this deck simply because I have never seen anyone else using it.
Example Wins:
2 Land wins.
Creature +
Armed / Dangerous
+ Mutagenic Growth = Win
Creature + Assault Strobe + Any Two Phyrexian Mana Spells = Win
Creature + Assault Strobe +
Reckless Charge
= Win
3 Land wins.
Creature + Artful Dodge + Assault Strobe = Win
There's too many to type.
Sideboard:
Dispel answers to Fog, counter spells, and some removal.
Turn Aside answers to most removal.
Flame Slash answers to other turn 2, 3, or 4 win decks.
Guttersnipe might answer to some lockdown decks, I just needed 3 more cards.
If you want to use this deck, always cast Gitaxian Probe first before going off. Save Apostle's Blessing for when you suspect a Path to Exile or something like that. It can also make your creature unblockable.
This deck will regularly win. I don't use this exact version though. I usually play casual or legacy, and I would normally have 4 Ponder and 4 Preordain.
By the way, Manamorphose is a "must have" in this deck. There is absolutely no disadvantage to using it. It fixes mana, pumps your creature, replaces it self, virtually free to cast, and thins your deck. Some dumbass once told me it should be replaced with a better pump. The thing is... there is no card better than it.
