Main focus of the deck is to use the many many dredgers combined with the draw effects to dump your library into your graveyard between turns 1-3. Then between turns 2-4 bring out the Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis and generate tokens through Bridge from Below. If that doesn't work then sideboard in your other Dread Return as well as the Artisan of Kozilek and Desolation Twin, and bring out the big boyz.
