Mono-blue Polymorph deck. An assortment of counter spells help stall out the board while you get your combo in place. Your two win conditions are:

Inkmoth Nexus or Blinkmoth Nexus or Faerie Conclave + Polymorph = Free Emrakul

Inkmoth Nexus or Blinkmoth Nexus or Faerie Conclave + Training Grounds + Umbral Mantle = Infinitely bulked up mana land

The nice thing about this Polymorph deck is that since you only run 1 creature on the main board, you're guaranteed to get that creature with the Polymorph. Even if Emrakul gets milled, you can still count on an infinite pump combo to wreck your opponent.
