My first modern deck. Mostly just wanted to make something fun than meta, hence why I used Scoured Barrens instead of Godless Shrine.

This is all about creating as many vampires tokens as possible. It starts off a little slow but is really effective mid to late game. The real backbone of the deck comes from Anointed Procession, expect to see it all over this description. I usually use Beseech the Queen for Anointed Procession or Dash Hopes if I don't have either in my hand.

Combos

Anything that creates tokens and Anointed Procession of course.

Anointed Procession + Elenda, the Dusk Rose

Anointed Procession + Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle

Anointed Procession + Call to the Feast

Anointed Procession + Legion's Landing

Considered Cards

(everything in the Maybeboard) I chose Call to Feast over Queen's Commission cause Anointed Procession really makes the extra mana cost worth it.

The Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond combo would have been good but they cost too much mana. I might consider adding Sanguine Bond in the future. Although Exquisite Blood + Sword-Point Diplomacy and Dash Hopes + Exquisite Blood would be good too.

My deck is really missing removal. Fatal Push or Gaze of Justice would be perfect but I just couldn't find space without ruining consistency.

Godless Shrine - not enough space for land. replace Scoured Barrens or some Plains for it if you want. Pooling Venom - first card I'll add if I remove some. Vampire Nocturnus - replace Sanctum Seeker for it if you really need flying.
