Song of creation phoenix build for historic.

The idea is similar to Izzet Phoenix decks of old. Cantrip and play cheap spells to power out Arclight Phoenix and the supporting cast. Song of creation creates a mid to late game engine to power to create a lot of velocity and power through the deck.

This is an early sketch of a decklist and I would like to tune it going forward.
