So I've been browsing random commons looking for something unique to brew around and I came across Icatian Crier and it reminded me of Pack Rat (which I love) ]so I new that I had to try it out

The Game plan is pretty simple, stall until we can put our opponent (and ourselves) into top deck mode, preferably, with a Icatian Crier in play. we do this with either Delirium Skeins or Last Rites . once we've slowed the game down to a slow grind, we can take over the board, using Icatian Crier or Cenn's Enlistment .

this idea is very raw and will require allot of testing and tuning. I would love advice on the build and card suggestions as I am new to pauper so I'm sure I overlooked better alternatives.
