Basically this is a Modern-legal Casual deck through which uses creature summons as a means to gain life. There are some other ways, but for the most part, it's that.

Mentor of the Meek For getting that card advantage
Rox Faithmender For augmenting my life-gain to insane levels
Soul Warden and Soul's Attendant For the basic early game life-gain.
Felidar Sovereign Main win-con. 'nuff said.
Chalice of Life
Instant lifegain, and
Chalice of Death
is the secondary win con.
Farseek is to ramp a little bit, in case I need a color or missed a land drop. Very versatile.
Oracle of Nectars
Used in conjunction with Rox Faithmender can help me get massive life, if I use all my mana.
Tree of Redemption
So much synergy with Rox Faithmender. I would bring myself down to 13 life by tapping the tree, and then next turn, swap again and would at least gain double the life I just gained. For instance, if I were at 27 life, and then tap tree, I would then be at 13 life. In a perfect world, I wouldn't take any damage between then and my next turn, which would allow me to swap life again, giving me 14 life to get back to 27, and then another 14 (With one Rox faithmender) to bump up to 41.
Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant / Rune-Tail's Essence is to basically have (somewhat) invincible blockers.
