Please bear with me on this one as it is work in progress. It started off as the best of the white and blue stuff I had at the time with a few other bits thrown in. I have changed a lot since first starting it but it has a way to go yet. I basically want an Azorius spirit deck that boosts each other up, has as much hexproof as possible and prevents as much attacks from opponents as possible (hence the Windborn Muse and Arrest etc, while I boost up one or two creatures, make them unblockable etc then send them in to do the damage. One addition I do want in this which I will get soon is the Witchbane Orb , I think that will suit nicely.

I want to cut down on the amount of singles in this deck and sort it out properly. I want to stack the effects of the Windborn Muse as much as I can so it would cost a lot of mana for anyone to attack me. Also the land needs sorting out a bit. Any constructive advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
