wanted to fit in Eidolon of Rhetoric into my current Land Storm but could not get it to play the way i wanted.

so i decided to make a new deck based around the Possibility Storm + Eidolon of Rhetoric lockout that still gave me advantages after the lock is in place.

any suggestions are welcome.

Wouldn't Eidolon of Rhetoric mixed with Possibility Storm prevent any spells from being cast since you can only cast 1 per turn?

Kinda, that's the point, spells are cast, but Dont actually resolve, so I still get procs from pyromancer and guttersnipe, and I can exile the first spell to nivmagus before the possibility storm renders it useless, but I need to have a decent board presence established before I put the lock in place

are you certain that you're allowed to exile the spell to beef up the nivmagus? the wording on Possibility Storm leads me to think that it would exile immediately as soon as you cast it, not giving you the opportunity to exile to beef him up...

Well looking at the gatherer for possibility storm it allows me to pump my nivmagus off the first cast, but some more clarification might help on that. If it ends up that I can't pump him I can switch him out for Blistercoil Weird which while not as good could be an addequate fill in.

As soon as a card enters the stack, Possibility Storm is triggered. This would then exile the spell instantly if I understand correctly. That would mean that you cannot exile the spell for Nivmagus because the target spell has already been exiled. That is my understanding in how it would work.
