The concept behind this deck is to ensure most, if not all, of the board has Deathtouch. Which will ultimately force your opponent to makes choices they would prefer not to make.

Then using Erebos, God of the Dead to prevent any life gain, using Archetype of Finality as a preventative to your opponent having Deathtouch and Liliana of the Dark Realms to quickly obtain the emblem that would feed you all the mana you could need for this less that 3 CMC deck. Finally, I included Whip of Erebos because it made sense to give lifelink while your opponents were hopefully suffering from being unable. Quietus Spike is a key artifact to make things interesting with quickly reducing life totals and Nefarox, Overlord of Grixis , among others, are in there to force opponents to sacrifice permanents as well. I really want to make the decisions my opponents make as difficult as possible while limiting virtually everything they do while hopefully beating them in the short game.

Any additional comments or advice is welcome. Feel free to tell me any adjustments you might make. This deck was also designed around somewhat of a budget (I was a little flexible, lol) so please keep that in mind when suggesting cards that would make sense, but defeat the budget concept.
