My take on the Underworld Dreams deck.

The idea is to make your opponent draw as many cards as possible, then punish them for it.

Thought I might as well put a bunch of expensive stuff into it because even though it's not at the level of equally priced decks, they help it get pretty strong.

Creatures

Fate Unraveler, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, and Orcish Bowmasters deal damage every time your opponent draws cards. Sheoldred also has the useful ability to give you life when you draw, which will usually mean a lot more than 2 life per turn.

Knight of the Ebon Legion is here as a 1-drop. Just something to make sure your turn 1 isn't useless.

Spell Choices

Sign in Blood is a potentially useful source of either damage or card draw.

Baleful Mastery is a good combination of removal and triggers.

Thoughtseize is a good turn 1 play that can help shut down a combo deck. 2 in main, 2 in side.

Permanent Choices

Underworld Dreams, the namesake of the deck. Deals damage to your opponents whenever they draw cards.

Spiteful Visions deals damage and draws you some cards.

Ob Nixilis, the Hate-Twisted has the same effect and can be used as removal, and as a source of triggers.

Font of Mythos draws you cards and gets you triggers.

Teferi's Puzzle Box Helps with recycling dead hands and getting triggers.

Coldsteel Heart helps get rid of the kind of awkward turn 2 nothing that this deck often runs into, and helps push toward a Sheoldred, the Apocalypse or Fate Unraveler on turn 3.
