This deck is fairly straightforward. Control the board until you get enough artifacts to improvise out Herald of Anguish. Tezzeret's Touch on a thopter can be almost as effective.

Main:

• Metallic Rebuke is a massive card in this deck. Counter with only one land untapped? Yes please!
• Unlicensed Disintegration is great removal and almost always hits your opponent for 3 life.
• Reverse Engineer allows you to draw three cards for 2 mana.
• Cogworker's Puzzleknot and Servo Schematic will get you some chump blockers, as well as being mana rocks for all the improvise.
• Key to the City can make your creatures unblockable. As a bonus you can use its draw ability after using it for improvise.
• Pacification Array can tap down their creatures. This is doubly useful to stop them from attacking or blocking.
• Renegade Map helps you not miss a land drop, and also works with improvise.
• Bastion Inventor has hexproof which comes in handy against removal.
• Herald of Anguish is the star of the show. Big. Flying. Forced discarding. Removal. Enough said. Usually comes out around turn 4.
• Maverick Thopterist makes two thopters for improvising Herald of Anguish. The thopters are also a great target for Tezzeret's Touch. Easy turn 3 drop.
• Pia Nalaar gets you a thopter, pumps artifact creatures, and stops your opponent from blocking. All around great card.
• Tezzeret's Touch is an amazing card. Throw it on a thopter and you have a 5/5 flyer. Throw it on a Servo Schematic and get an extra servo when it dies. Throw it on Key to the City and get card draw the turn after it attacks.

• Discards to go along with Herald of Anguish (Transgress the Mind)
