Thinking with portals is a B/R Artifacts Matter deck, with an extra focus on Thran Temporal Gateway that enables playing Planeswalkers or legendary enchantments at 4 generic and instant speed.

It's jank, to be sure, but there isn't much else that compares to end stepping a Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker and then dropping an Oath of Teferi to double pump it.

The Land Base:

It's got two highland lakes just to give some variety. Other than that it has 8 mountains, 8 islands to give some variety to land drops to hit the Etherium Sculpters while also occasionally hard casting Saheeli or Chandra.

The Low End:

Everything from the Traveler's Amulets to the Powerstone Shards are meant to make it easier to get a Thran Temporal Gateway on the field. Once you have one of those, anything on the high end is only 4 colorless away.

The High End:

This is just a pile of rainbow good stuff, because the aforementioned Gateway lets you drop any historic permanent at instant speed. Really, this group is up to you, but the superfriends listed tend to provide value on top of value when played with Oath. Mirrorworks is also super beneficial for doubling your enablers, or even doubling Meteor Golem for some massive removal.
