This deck is focused on using ensoul artifact and shrapnel blast. Artifact land, 0 drop artifact, perilous vault, and etc are classic ensoul targets. Chief Engineer and Generator Servant are the secondary tactics for the deck. They are used to cast Scuttling Doom Engine. Soul of New Phyrexia is a back-up target for chief engineer and generator servant; it's ability is useful for stalling until you can inflict enough damage.
