• cut Aqueous Form, you already have Steel of the Godhead, add a land, or Blind Obedience maybe
• cut Chill, add a land, or Cradle of Vitality if you use life gain strategy
• cut Ordeal of Heliod, add Bloodchief Ascension, its much better, or Eternal Thirst
• cut Nyx-Fleece Ram, you could add Peace of Mind it will work well with Necropotence
• cut Stony Silence, it will disrupt your combos - Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace , Helm of Obedience + Planar Void
• cut Web of Inertia for anithing like Phyrexian Arena or anything
• cut Hero's Blade, add any SWORD, for ex. Sword of Feast and Famine, Sword of Light and Shadow
• cut Mana Leak for something like Flusterstorm, Pact of Negation
• and i would cut all creatures with infect for any more useful.

And you definetly need to add Lightning Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots, Hall of the Bandit Lord, these cards are essential for Zur and his ability and protection
