I like the idea of political Kibo. Then again, I'm not sure if my opponents need ways to spend their bananas on. I'll keep that in mind.
I'm not too fond of the three flailings, but the general idea is quite fun. I guess they'd just die way too easily.
Molder Slug and Titania's Song have great synergy here, but at the current state, the deck often needs the bananamana, so especially Song doesn't seem perfect here. I'll still consider both, for sure. Slug in particular seems pretty good, actually.

I was thinking a few old cards would be fun for a political Kibo. Squallmonger, Mana-Charged Dragon, Chain Lightning, the "Flailing" creatures etc. But thats for a different deck.
For this deck have you thought about Molder Slug or Titania's Song? Titania's Song would cause all bananas to go straight to the GY right? Then poof, leaving behind counters

Seeds of Innocence, Rampage of the Clans
Molder Slug and Culling Scales (maybe?). Ratchet Bomb can be played and tapped immediately to destroy all the 0 CMC bananas you are giving out
Instill Energy, Nature's Chosen or Patriar's Seal for double banana
NOT A MONKEY : Hellkite Tyrant is a wincon if you save up bananas and steal a few extra artifacts. It will at least force players to burn the bananas without using the mana for anything.

There aren't any Slugs that are great, by any stretch of the imagination, but not all slugs suck. Molder Slug is a decent Stax card in green, which is the color with the fewest Stax cards. And Thermopod is basically a more versatile Skirk Prospector, albeit with a much steeper mana value.

It would probably see much more play in either Naya or Temur, where it could be flickered regularly, but still probably a staple.

Nice deck, Yeeehaw seems to be the more fitting name indeed =D
What instantly came to my mind looking at this deck were Dragon Throne of Tarkir , giving you the option to boost those mana dorks and Wilderness Reclamation , leaving you ready with more mana for your flash spells. Also Patron of the Orochi might be nice or Incubation Druid .
Since you don't have many artifacts, maybe Molder Slug would be worth a consideration.

A personal favourite card, especially if your playgroup plays expensive artifacts and you are light on artifacts, is Molder Slug .

Haha I agree! I have a Kataki, War's Wage , Molder Slug , Titania's Song and Stony Silence but just don't have much space for adds. Thus far I have not really felt the need to put in artifact hate though.

If you're intent on staying artifact-free, then you could totally take advantage of effects like Creeping Corrosion , Molder Slug or Seeds of Innocence . It's very rare to see a deck without at least some artifacts kicking around, so they should never be dead cards.
