So I updated the deck to make it smaller and quicker. It seems to play even faster now.

Ok, added the spirit component, and took out some of the cards which were suggested. The person I'm building this for really wants to keep the counterspells in, and possibly add more, so I'm trying not to go down, athough I think there is enough as is.

Dropped blu/black. too many shocklands for minimal gain. flying and shocklands dealt with via bow of nylea. Added slots open for additional creatures enabling domri's +1. Mana seems balanced pretty well. Begrudgingly i dropped the hive stirrings. Kinda costly and does not count towards domris draw. Any thoughts? At first glance appears strong midgame. 1 polukranos owns this deck sadly.

I was going through the deck and discovered 101 cards.-1 Flickerform +1 Aura Shards
Working on coming up with a suitable replacement for Sylvan Primordial post ban.
Perhaps :Silent Sentinel or Xenagos, God of Revels
I might try Courser of Kruphix over one of my mana dudes. He seems pretty good...

Hammer of Purphoros is crazy in this deck. Mana dorks tapping this turn, worldspine attacking now, giant creatures coming in as huge surprises, extra lands as Nykthos comes down equals more creatures. My question for all of you is do more red sources need to be in, because I'm worried about getting 2 on turn 3. So, Stomping ground? +2 Mountain, -2 Forest? For right now, the land will be as is but -2 Karametra's Acolyte, +2 Hammer of Purphoros.

i took out Serum Powder it was nice to get a free mulligan but, it was gsving you too many dead draws when i tried to combo off. in its place i added 4 Faithless Looting much better and lets us discard those lands that junk up are hand later in the game

Deck was retired the last week before Born of the Gods released. I forgot to update with changes over the course of the last few weeks of play, but the format changed a little bit to include Lightning Strike and Magma Jet for direct damage as well as Madcap Skills and Hammer of Purphoros to increase the creature threat.

I removed the two Grove of the Guardian and put them into the sideboard I will bring them out if I'm playing against a more mid-range or maybe even control deck where I know the game will last long enough for it to be worth having I would side out the Transguild promenade for them in that case..
