I considered Angel's Trumpet before and dismissed it as too much of a drawback for my own side. Many of my creatures either can't attack or are only there for utility so they're too weak to attack. That leaves more of an uncontrollable pain point than I want if I want to be able to control where my life is. Same thing with Kothophed, Soul Hoarder. Great draw power, but it let's my opponent control my life instead of me and that's what I'm trying to avoid. Once I'm down to low life all they have to do is sacrifice a couple things to finish me off at instant speed, or attack with creatures they know will die. Nemesis Mask seems like it wouldn't get much use in the deck. It would be pointless on Teysa and the only creature I WOULD want to put it on would be Stuffy Doll. Other than that it would just be used as a lure to clear blockers when swinging with other creatures.
Hatred looks promising. I don't mind doing commander damage with Teysa, I just didn't want to sacrifice slots in the 99 to boost it. But this card synergizes well. Pretty expensive mana cost, so that limits being able to cast it with any other spells that would take advantage of the loss of life like Reverse the Sands, but being able to pay any amount of life at instant speed is gold in this deck. Top it off with a boost to unblockable commander damage and that's pretty strong.

I've been playing around with it and adding more mana ramp here and there. I'm basically now at the point where I need to decide on whether to play the lower mana cost cards at all or replace them with more ramp and just go for gold so to speak. It helps that getting out Teysa as well as a number of the other big mana costs pretty much put a stop to the game until the opponent gets an answer for it so gunning for them is really tempting. I've tried the delayed storage counter lands in the past and have a special hatred for them. They always seem to come out at the wrong time when i wished i could have had just a basic land. Thran Dynamo and Gilded Lotus are good options for the mana curve and the more I look at Skyclave Relic the more I like it. I was planning on just throwing more Orzhov rocks in but those are better options.
Grave Betrayal is... awesome with Teysa. That's going on the top of the list of "want in the deck". I already had Pariah in my (admittedly huge) maybe list and it's also at the top of that want in the deck bad pile. If i could attach it to Stuffy Doll... oof. Gift of Doom looks like it would make a good upgrade to my Indestructibility just straight out.
The main theme I was going for with this deck was hurting yourself for bonuses and once your life total reaches critical switching it out with an opponent and killing them off. Lots of cards that treat life totals like toys and a general BDSM theme. The name of the deck comes from the title of a song that was released in 1959 by a popular comedian I enjoy. As soon as I saw the artwork for this version of Teysa I thought, "That's who he was singing to!" I know having a commander that has protection from creatures is amazeballs for doing commander damage but I intentionally avoided going the route of relying on her for that. She's more there as a way to stop opponents from attacking and for providing another way to finish opponents after life switching. I also avoid using infect as much as possible in any of my decks just as a matter of (definitely misguided) principle.

I dont think I'd have any card in my deck with the sole purpose of being a blocker. Id hate it every time I drew the card.
Darkness is a fog in black
Ensnaring Bridge might work if you can play around it. Your guys are small but your buffing them.
Stuffy Doll + Pariah's Shield is cute but on their own they are sort of dead draws.
Hissing Miasma is a deterrent but not a very strong one
Crawlspace limits the number of attackers
Exquisite Blood might solve the problem in another way
Mirage Mirror acts as a great deterrent that also has a lot of utility.
Marchesa's Decree give you monarch which you can always get back so thats sweet
Davriel, Soul Broker very strong
Solemn Simulacrum the best blocker lol
Not exactly what you asked for but hopefully gave you some good ideas.

Maybe you'd want to try Stuffy Doll since it's the creature + damage redirection aura all in one? And a nice blocker besides :) it's at least a sideboard option for if you're facing creatureless decks!

Stuffy Doll is good as a wall and for playing politics vs the guy who will take the damage. Maybe Lightning-Rig Crew and Lobber Crew? Your damage modifiers make them better and they are as burly as some of the other walls.

Really cool concept! I have a few ideas.
Blitz of the Thunder-Raptor helps deal with planeswalkers, and might perform better than Chaos Warp. Run Brittle Blast over Thunderous Wrath.
Not sure about Dismiss into Dream. How many single-target spells or effects are you running? I count 6.
Mana Drain over Dissipate: Having resources for damage later is almost always going to serve you more. Plus, it's a great target for Isochron Scepter.
Speaking of walkers, definitely replace Cloud Key with Rowan, Scholar of Sparks Flip. It's straight up better. Strongly consider Ral, Storm Conduit, if only that it ramps up damage with your commander out. Consider Koth, Fire of Resistance as a decent land-fixer (which means you'll draw less lands and have more mana), and Jaya Ballard for simple acceleration.
If your pool is competitive, you could run Back to Basics or at least Blood Moon. This will slow down many decks and give you more time. Adding fetches in your colors (should be 5) means that you can take out 2 islands and 3 mountains and still hit your curve.
Not sure about Breaking Point and Curse of the Swine. Instead, consider Puppet's Verdict and either Winter's Chill or Cyclonic Rift.
Reins of Power and Insurrection could replace Chain Reaction and Incite Rebellion, allowing you to use those resources against opponents and kill them, which would have the added benefit of removing their creatures.
I know you don't want to run any creatures, but Stuffy Doll is a decent deterrent and is too funny not to leave out.

Oh, thought of it after posting, but I'm not sure if you want non-Dragon themed creatures, but Brash Taunter is pretty funny with your Commander's ETB. Even Stuffy Doll could do some work.
