Midnight Oil
Enchantment
Midnight Oil enters the battlefield with seven hour counters on it.
At the beginning of your draw step, draw an additional card and remove two hour counters from Midnight Oil.
Your maximum hand size is equal to the number of hour counters on Midnight Oil.
Whenever you discard a card, you lose 1 life.

Since you can reliably sack enchantments, Demonic Lore, Demonic Pact, Midnight Oil, and Treacherous Blessing. Good card draw and even better without the drawback.
Mind Control and Volition Reins are expensive for what they do. Though, the latter does hit any permanent, Disenchant, Despark, or Generous Gift are probably better options if in need of removal.

DreadKhan To be perfectly honest with you, I have yet to play this deck. So many of the things you said I just haven't thought about, thanks. About the Thieves' Auction / Blim interaction you are right, it can be hurtful. Initially I threw the Auction in to sow chaos and as a way to give a bunch of stuff away. But thinking about it I'll probably end up with a bunch of my own stuff anyways and get burned by Blim for the stolen stuff. I'll take those out.
I love Midnight Oil in this deck, seems like it'll do a lot of work, I'll throw a couple of those in as well as some Dark Ritual
Do you have any idea about how to re-use the Harmless Offering? I've been struggling with that and I don't want to splash another color in. Thanks mate.

I like stuff like Dream Devourer in big Rakdos decks, it's a great way to get a Captive Audience out early. Rakdos Keyrune is another interesting mana rock in Rakdos, a 3/1 First Strike can do work on many boards (it can kill a Golem if necessary) while also offering you ramp. I think my final idea to speed this up a bit is to try out some Dark Rituals? There are other Red rituals, but Dark Ritual is a great rate.
Have you thought about tossing in some token generators? Even a Kher Keep might do some work, those 0/1s are about as useless a creature as you can give. There is also Trading Post, which can generate value if you aren't donating yet.
I suspect this deck could use something like Night's Whisper or even Phyrexian Arena, but now that I think about it, why not throw in Midnight Oil and/or Demonic Lore? Neither is so cruel as to be unfair, but both offer card draw, much gentler options than Demonic Pact for example!
Do you have trouble getting in with Blim, or having him get targeted? Whispersilk Cloak is clunky, but it might be useful as your deck really cares about having him out.
Just curious, but Thieves' Auction seems weirdly risky with Blim, doesn't his ability also hurt you potentially if you control a bunch of stolen stuff? Sorry if I'm misunderstanding how these cards interact.

Based on the profile name, description, and seeming inaccuracy of the price stated, I'm guessing this is an AI-based account. Still, I do like budget black decks like this. On the off chance that a human reads this, I'll offer some advice from my experience. First, there's no real reason to be running Gravecrawler here with no other zombies. Something like Dread Wanderer, Bloodsoaked Champion, or Cult Conscript could serve a similar role for much cheaper. On the draw side, Necropotence could be Phyrexian Arena or Midnight Oil, but I really like Blood Scrivener and Asylum Visitor for refilling from empty. For removal, cards like Sinister Concoction and Bone Shards can take advantage of creatures that return from the grave while Bone Picker offers an evasive threat and answer for cheap. For finishers, I like Mogis's Marauder or Foul-Tongue Shriek for a lot of matchups and Gray Merchant of Asphodel for others.

Less what you want but still in the ballpark include Diplomacy of the Wastes, Faith of the Devoted and Feast of Sanity for symmetrical discard, Gibbering Descent, Midnight Oil if you can find a way to gift it but I'm not sure black is able to do so, Strongarm Tactics, Torment of Scarabs, Urgoros, the Empty One, Westgate Regent. Hope some of these suggestions help!

I think Midnight Oil could work here? You could also politic and steal creatures permanently with Endless Whispers. Another interesting creature in this deck could be Greater Harvester; you get a little Bontu every upkeep.

Mono Black can't typically remove its own enchantments, so I had the idea to create a God-Eternal Bontu deck with the idea of using her to sacrifice those enchantments.
I'm looking for enchantments (or other permanents) with only black or colourless colour identity, that have a nice pay-off, but can become serious problems if left on the battlefield. Along the line of:
- Colfenor's Plans
- Demonic Lore
- Demonic Pact
- Forbidden Crypt
- Immortal Coil
- Midnight Oil
- Treacherous Blessing
- Yawgmoth's Agenda
But not along the lines of Lich and that stuff that's good to donate but not to sacrifice.
Thanks a bunch in advance.
