I would really like to pilot this at an fnm but it is in a rough state. Please work with me to help create this deck well. please help me with my jund deck
Please note your mana base, you have 5 cards that demand double red mana and yet you have only 6 lands generating red. I think you could increase the amount of red-producing lands.
Putrid Leech is also an... awkward... card... And yet you are trying to use Grim Flayer. It's better to use some sort of artifact maindeck to trigger Delirium since you aren't throwing lands at your graveyard as well... It seems rather difficult to trigger Delirium. You could, however, use cards such as Collective Brutality to send something to the graveyard and still profit from it.
But I really think you could add something like Scrabbling Claws for some draw and mess up Snapcaster Mages since you seem to be on a budget and will not want to spend big money on Mishra's Bauble.
You could try the BR manland Lavaclaw Reaches to get that red mana you need. And you can also use Phyrexian Arena to get that bob effect.
Fatal Push isn't in the best place in your deck since you don't have fetchlands to trigger revolt. I recommend Dreadbore or more Terminates.

Putrid Leech is actually one of your better options for a Tarmogoyf replacement.

Grim Flayer is already some kind of Tarmogoyf... But there are some other replacement cards possible: Tasigur, the Golden Fang, Gurmag Angler and Scavenging Ooze.
Although Delve isn't really in synergy with Grim Flayer.
Putrid Leech will most likely drain him dead... I still think Jund needs a bob effect... I think it should run at least Phyrexian Arena in some slots of Putrid Leech and get a few Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet/Huntmaster of the Fells Flip for some life and value.

I really hate putrid leech the card triggers me. Please play any other two mana creature besides him it just doesnt seem great. You could also play Liliana, the Last Hope as more planeswalkers and Nihil Spellbomb for artifacts to help get delirium or Seal of Fire. Other than that the deck looks solid the mana base is a little slow but turn one tapped land into a blooming marsh seems ok so that would be the first thing I would update is a faster mana base.
