No one I know has a use for Evolving Wilds except maybe for multi-colored decks...

Anyone know an efficient, decent use for them?

A buddy of mine uses them, Terramorphic Expanse , and Ghost Quarter to power up a Hedron Crab in modern mill.

I use em in modern to fetch basics in my Loam deck because it's a recurable, free fetch.

Anything with the "Landfall" mechanic, as found on Hedron Crab . Other, more mainstream [ab]users of Landfall are Plated Geopede , Steppe Lynx , and Lotus Cobra .

We first saw Evolving Wilds in the Zendikar block, too, and we already had Terramorphic Expanse and fetch-lands (e.g. Misty Rainforest ) all together in Standard. Clearly, Landfall was meant to be huge from the onset.

What's the card that makes so permanents that enter tapped are untapped? and it helps thin the deck out so you have less chance of drawing lands later when you don't need them

At the time, though, there wasn't really a way to abuse Amulet of Vigor . In fact, there still aren't many ways to abuse it.

The archetype "Bloom Titan in modern zandl. Azusa, Lost but Seeking + Primeval Titan + Rav bounce duals uses the Amulet for massive ramp.

Right - That's one of the few I know of.

That deck's actually really good, too.

My buddy built it, it's vulnerable to removal (what isn't) but he has a blast.

Also, good to see you back zandl

Hey zandl, I do notice you've been gone! Where have you been?

Work came on suddenly as Standard was getting really stale, so I took a few weeks off from playing IRL and even longer from TappedOut.

I'm largely back now, though.

from my understanding deck thinning. as long as you're not going against a mill deck it's a good strategy to increase the chances of drawing spells that you need/want.

basically any landfall deck has a use for Evolving Wilds

I run 4 Terramorphic Expanse and 4 Evolving Wilds in my Pauper decks. It's a really nice way to get a 3 color deck going. I mostly use them to be able to go BUG in my mostly green infect deck, splashing for Blighted Agent and Plague Stinger . Works pretty well, it's also a good way to use cards like Daze that require you to bounce lands. I normally just fetch to protect a combo or combat and then replay the land untaped in my second main. Also they let you shuffle away unwanted cards with Brainstorm , all in all they let you play slower "Legacy" decks :)

It's good in pauper tribal zoo. Using Tribal Flames , Wild Nacatl and Matca Rioters , you need reliable ways to search out different basic lands, and this helps you justify running singletons of the colours you aren't playing, but just using to buff domain creatures. It also saves space as it isn't a spell.
