Just trying to go for a control/midrange type deck utilizing discard and waste not. Trying to discard my opponent's hand early and set up a useful board presence.
First priority: get rid of their hand. We do that with our main discard package: Despise, Mind Rot, and Rakshasa's Secret.
Waste Not adds a little umph to our discarding, helping us build a nice presence as we waste away the opponent's hand.
Sign in Blood is the card draw of choice in the deck. It and Bile Blight get played for free if our opponent discards a land and we have Waste Not on the field.
The removal package: if a creature hits the field, kill it with Bile Blight or Murderous Cut. Murderous Cut should be easy to delve with all the one-time spells we're putting in the graveyard.
Whip of Erebos gives us a lifegain cushion and brings back some useful creatures for a hard hit (Gray Merchant of Asphodel or Master of the Feast).

Master of the Feast is a generally great board presence card, swinging in for 5 flying each turn never hurts. He also fills up our opponent's hand so we can discard it away again!
When our opponent is out of cards and out of options, we throw in a Gray Merchant of Asphodel to blow them up. Classic.
