Here is a silly home brew I made with Skywise Teachings in a budget control shell. Obviously making Djinn off of your counter magic and cheap removal is how you win, just stabilize around mid game and peck them away to nothing from there. Like I said its just a home brew and has plenty of room for improvement. If you see anything in it that could be changed or make it run more smoothly, please feel free to leave a comment and help me out. Any advice/criticism would be much appreciated.
