an examination into reading:

I borrowed a lot of the core of Martin Muller's blue prison and mixed in some creatures I felt could work in this spell cycling style.

Ideas on how to make this more reliable or how to incorporate alternative win conditions are very much appreciated. Also sideboard knowledge for mono blue is something I'm looking to learn more about.
