The current deck I'm working on. Before most of the blues where disruption for the opponent Doom Blade Duress, but I've instead swapped them out for blue one mana draw cards, that lets you get the key cards that you need to win a lot faster and reliably.

I've also put in some Hapless Researcher as a quick and easy blocker, and to help cycle through the deck for extra cards.

I feel that the creatures I put into there to be rezzed are fairly effective, there are better but this is suppose to be budget.
